Come join VE designs for a bracelet building workshop. In this fun beginner jewelry making class, you will get to design your own modern and customized bracelet using gorgeous vintage pieces. Beautiful high-quality vintage and antique jewelry will be the materials of the day, and all equipment and jewelry needed to complete your art will be provided. Your finished one of a kind piece will be ready to wear and comes with all the bragging rights of “I made that!” Meet jewelry designer Ella Benton and get started creating beautiful treasures! You'll learn why unity is essential to pleasing design, and see how to use elements such as color, shape, and texture to create repetition -- or variety -- in your pieces. Follow along with Ella as she shows you how to design around a focal point to draw attention to your piece -- and keep it there! You'll also learn how to make proper use of curves and negative space. This is a great workshop to relieve a stressful day at work or just to get together with girlfriends and have fun learning a new skill. We will sip Champagne and eat chocolate while we create your one of a kind vintage bracelet. Classes average about 2 hours total and the cost is $65 per finished bracelet.
